Standards, such as 21 CFR 1040.10, with the exception of OEM LASER Products,
which are intended (only) to be incorporated into compliant systems. In
addition, the "capacity to intercept" LASER Radiation must be limited to the
accessible emission limits of Class I (or less) in most cases. LASERS are to be
used (only) in accordance with safe practices of the use and applications of
LASERS, as set forth in the ANSI guidelines Z136.1. Also, there are, in many
cases, State and Local Regulations pertaining to LASERS. It is Our
responsibility to Report any infractions of the applicable Regulations and/or
Standards, such as "The Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968, and
it's amendments".
WARRANTY: All lasers have a 1 year warranty against defects in
manufacturing and laser mirrors. There is a 90 day warranty on laser rods and
electronics. Prices are F.O.B. or Net 30 days for qualified buyers. Items
subject to U.S. export regulations. |
